Arturo Cárdenas
Founder & Principal
15+ years building analytics capabilities at P&G, eBay Classifieds Group (eCG), Adevinta, and high-growth startups across 15+ countries.

“I've seen what happens when mid-market companies get overlooked by the big consultancies—and what's possible when they get the same caliber of expertise with genuine attention.”
That's why I founded Clarivant: to bring Fortune 100 rigor to companies that deserve more than cookie-cutter solutions.

Where the foundation was built
Enterprise Analytics at Scale
Led analytics initiatives across global markets including Walmart partnerships, learning how to translate complex data into executive-ready insights that drive billion-dollar decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partnered with marketing, supply chain, finance teams, and retail partners like Walmart to build data-driven cultures—not just dashboards.
Global Perspective
Worked across Latin America, Europe, and North America, understanding how analytics needs vary by market maturity.
Process Excellence
Developed rigorous methodologies for analytics delivery that I still use today—but adapted for mid-market speed.
eBay Classifieds Group → Adevinta
Global classifieds at scale, through a historic transition
A front-row seat to one of tech's biggest transformations: When eBay spun off its Classifieds Group to merge with Schibsted's Adevinta in 2020, I was there—navigating the technical and cultural integration while maintaining analytics excellence across platforms serving millions of users globally.
Machine Learning at Scale
Built and deployed ML models processing millions of listings across Vivanuncios, Gumtree, and other leading marketplaces—learning what it takes to operationalize AI at a global scale.
Multi-Market Analytics
Led analytics across 15+ countries, understanding how to adapt methodologies for different market maturities while maintaining consistent quality standards.
Modern Data Stack
Worked with cutting-edge data infrastructure—cloud platforms, real-time pipelines, and advanced BI tools that powered both eCG and Adevinta operations.
M&A Integration Experience
Navigated the complexities of merging analytics teams, systems, and cultures during one of the largest classifieds mergers in history.
Platforms I helped power:
The Breakthrough
It started with a spreadsheet. In my first corporate role, I discovered a passion for turning raw data into insights. What began as Excel formulas evolved into Access databases, then SQL queries, then full analytics pipelines.
Each new tool unlocked new possibilities. But more importantly, each project taught me how to translate technical capabilities into business value—how to speak both languages fluently.
“The breakthrough wasn't mastering any single tool—it was learning to see data through the eyes of the decision-maker.”
The Realization
Years of enterprise experience revealed an uncomfortable truth...
After years in enterprise environments, I noticed a pattern: mid-market companies were stuck between two bad options.
They could hire expensive consultancies that would send junior teams and leave behind PowerPoints nobody could execute. Or they could try to build everything in-house without the expertise to avoid costly mistakes.
Clarivant was born to be the third option: senior expertise from day one, hands-on execution, and results in months—not years.
